What is our Mission?

At United Cerebral Palsy of Northwest Florida, we have one mission, and that is to enhance the quality of life for infants, children, youth, and adults of all abilities and to encourage acceptance and inclusion within our communities.

Our Vision at UCP of Northwest Florida is simple - in striving toward our mission there are five primary principles that will always be at work:

INTEGRITY

To facilitate an atmosphere of honesty, fairness, and trust with each other - clients, community, and staff. If we have a problem we will look first to the system or the process rather than the people.

RESPECT

Listen and share information with coworkers and individuals with a commitment to work together.

INNOVATION

We will think outside the box (in a new way) and make the system creative, with a productive and fun environment for everyone's success.

STEWARDSHIP

Dedicated to be responsible to the UCP mission, resources, and stakeholders through a collaboration of efforts.

COMPASSION

For interacting with clients and staff with empathy, caring and kindness.
